Clinical Care
Our commitment to caring and the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the 8 Aged Care Quality Standards is at the heart of all that we do. Our Care is tailored to you as an individual: Our highly-qualified clinical care staff and relevant allied health specialists in consultation with you, your family and friends will ensure that Care Plans are developed, revised and modified to meet your current and changing clinical and personal care needs. We will listen with respect, treat you with dignity, allow you to make decisions and to take risks to live the life that you choose.
Our stakeholder partners, Doctors, Dentist, Hearing Aid Specialists and a Pathology Clinic located next door, are readily accessible during working hours and eliminate disruptions and the need for travel. This and our visiting Dietitian, Speech Pathologist and Podiatrist provide service convenience to meet your needs. In working with these stakeholders we aim to meet the outcomes for the following standards;
Consumer Choice and Dignity: We support you with the choices that you make about your care, your personal and social lives; MHAACS will ensure that the organisation has a culture of inclusion and respect for consumers; to exercise choice and independence and to have respect for your privacy.
