Moonta Health & Aged Care Service Inc. is a Community owned not for profit stand-alone organisation.  The Board of Management are made up of local members of the community and bring varied skills to the role.  The Board is supported by our key staff members providing management and clinical expertise vital to maintain accreditation.

Deputy Chairman and has been elected as Chair . I am a retired Financial Planner, I have lived in Moonta Bay for 21 years after arriving as a Financial Planner with the NAB based in Kadina.  I previously serviced the area since the late 1980’s.  Worked with the NAB for 23 years joining them in Whyalla, until transferring to Kadina & then retiring in 2011.  I have served as for the Moonta Football Club, and am currently serving as treasurer of the bowling club.  Have been a board member for MHAACS for some XX years, currently serving as deputy chair.

Friends of Parkview, Fundraising Committee Representative. I have lived in Moonta for 32 years.   Ex Nursing Sister, Ex School Teacher, Ex SSO.   Started working when 18 at the RAH and retired in 1999.  Have been involved in National Trust, Probus and the local Progress Association and played tennis up until this year.   Joined the board in November 2019

Board Member:  Retired to MOONTA in 2008 after working as master plumber and maintenance coordinator until 2008.  Employed at MHAACS for a number of years in the maintenance area.  I have a keen interest in aged care and the upkeep of MHAACS facility.  I was elected to the board March 2020.

Having been actively involved in the local Real Estate Industry since 1991, I believe that my natural people skills will be of an asset to the Board and Facility in general. Married and having two teenage children my hobbies include gardening, beach fishing & cooking.
